when a rabbit lives outside awhile like that they get exposed to 
coccidiosis, so keep him separate from your other bunnies while checking 
out his health, and have the vet check sample-poops for worm eggs and 
coccidiosis eggs.   It is easy to treat, but the eggs are quite 
tenacious and cleaning with ammonia in water (or ammonia in wash-water) 
is the best way to disinfect.  Ask the vet for details.
