[Petbunny] wet nose

Hiya,
I may be being a completely over protective bunny mummy but I've noticed that Holly's nose is a little wetter than usual.  There doesn't appear to be any discharge and she's her usual normal jumpy hoppy litle self but whenever we snuggle she smears it all over me, and it just seems 'wetter'.  Does that make sense?
 
Should I be worried or is this normal?  I'm still a novice at this!!!!
