[Petbunny] Rant about Petbunny

I've been reading all of the emails about this and pondering it some
more. I basically am pretty
satisfied with the following thoughts:
1) People should be kind to others here and not say nasty, snide things.
2) PB'ers should be considerate and limit mass mailings to multiple
groups as much as possible
so as not to overwhelm some with too many emails.
3) People here should not be the least bit shy about posting as far as
worrying whether it is an
"acceptable" post for the group. (as long as it abides by the
charter rules, of course)
4) Social posts help us to better know each other, makes the group a
more cohesive family, and
should be encouraged at every opportunity..
5) Zany stuff or posts that might not be of interest to most PB members
might be a good choice for
the Campfire group. Many of us on PB are also there and the more
lighthearted stuff is greatly
appreciated.
6) Everyone should feel welcome here and embraced by the group.
7) Medical updates, congratulations, celebrations are part of what makes
this group special, unlike
a rather cold, sterile bunny group that shall remain unnamed.
8) That said, there is a valid point in our limiting crossposting unless
there is a valid need to get the
information to everyone. See #2.
These thoughts aren't official or part of the charter but they would go
a long ways in avoiding hurt
feelings or turning anyone away from the group. We care for each other
and that should be at the
top of the list for consideration before posting.
All the best,
Viscount Peter and Ken Albin
