[Petbunny] "free to good home" bunnies: do I dare?

I would probably take them in. Since they're 3 months old, you have
some time to save up for those spays (like Criss, I believe in
holding out if possible until they're 6 months old) and maybe your
vet gives multiple pet discounts if you bring them in together for
exams, etc.
On the negative side - these little girls may already be bonded to
each other and may not accept bonding with another pair (but I could
be really, really wrong about that). Can you live with 2 bonded
pairs? We do that very nicely in our home and everybunny is quite
happy, as long as my 2 girls don't see each other and are close
enough to box through NIC grids. 2 separate condos with a footpath
for hoomin feet in-between works for us.
They are young enough that they might easily adapt to your existing
warren - you just never know and remember, the bunnies are always in
charge =)
