Could they be fosters, to bide them some time?
I just worry, when you say Snake food!!!
It is true about being sure you have enough funds for vets etc, let alone
space issues!
My heart says Oooooooh you have to, but then hearts can be irresponsible and
I suppose some careful thought needs to be done to make sure it can work.

The space issue is thus: I have a 4 room apartment, one room is the massage
room/office, which I need to keep bun-free for the sake of clients, espc
those who may have allergies to rabbits. The other is my bedroom, which is
big enough for my bed, shelves, dresser, but has no other floor space for a
pen.
The main room is the long kitchen-on-one-end, living-room-on-the-other. This
is where Queen Bun and her minion spend 90% of their time.
Pointy & Little Man are both "fixed", so no problems there. Pointy is very
territorial, though, and has often been hostile to my friend's bunnies when
they have been at my old place for bunsitting. Then again she was hostile to
Little Man, but that only took a few months to die down.
I just don't want months and months of P-mail and boxing and bite-attempts
if the little girlettes are in a pen & the other two are free-ranging, or if
I split the long room in two, etc.
Fiscally, I'm basically just scraping by. My ex is still helping with my
rent, I don't yet have a client base for my private practice (just the here
and there person, not a set of regulars), and I'm essentially living on the
Spa earnings, which is roughly $1K per month for rent, bills, food. I am
trying to promote my business more, but I'm also right now applying to
Physical Therapy school, so until March 1st I need to focus on that. I have
balances on both the credit cards (not big, but enough that it isn't getting
paid down rapidly), so I worry about being able to handle vet emergencies.
Hmmmmm!
