[Petbunny] Chopsticks as toys?

My buns love non-traditional toys. So last night I had a spare set of wooden
take-out chopsticks and I handed them to the buns. Thinking they wold throw
them around and get bored with them. (Then I would take them away)

  Well Cooper loves them. She threw them around, chewed on them, and layed
on them before I took them away. My question is, could this be a regular toy
for them? If they are used for humans to eat with can there be that many bad
things in them? When I saw here chewing so diligently on them I took them
away. I could feel a vet bill coming.
