Amy, my Willow, who was a rex, binkied all of the time.  Some of my other buns, it is very rare to see them - they do it behind my back.  I do think that when buns get a little "hefty" that they do not binky that much....  At least, in my experience.  Of course, Willow was a little "hefty"!  So there goes that theory....
