I second what Laura said, and will add that as bunnies age it seems like their teeth start to become a bit problematic. My Maddy has the same issue - she does have a chronic URI (not pasteurella, believe it or not), but her teeth are also causing some problems.

I hope Madison gets well soon!

Anne, vibes for Madison. 
I believe her wet eyes and matted fur could be dormant pasterella rearing it ugly head, secondary to her nose and stress. Age, stress, or medical issues can bring this about when the immune system is not 100%. --Laura
