Anne,

There are no words to say how sorry I am that Madison has cancer.  I get
so angry about all the people and animals lost to the disease. It makes
you feel so helpless.  I know you will make sure that Madison is
surrounded by love every day.  I just wish there was something we could
do to prevent this.  I looked at Madison's pictures again on your
website -- she is such a beauty!  I know you must be heartbroken, but at
least you know that you are doing everything you can possibly do.

I guess that the one good thing that came from your appointment is that
Kazi was there when he collapsed.  How on earth would you have known he
had stasis?  I thought there was always a cessation of eating.  Did your
vet know why he had lost so much weight?  I think with rabbits it is
very hard to tell if they have gained or lost weight outside of having
them weighed at the vet.  It would be easy to miss a change in size
since they are small to begin with.
