Lots of vibes to Karen.   I am glad she made it through without nerve  
damage.  Too bad about the scar, but she will have an interesting  
story to tell about it and it will give her a chance to educate  
people about animal behavior. This may have some major educational  
consequences down the road.  Who knows what effect she will have in  
the future?
You are compassionate people and to be commended for it.
